Salary Range: $66,000 – $78,000 per year, based on experience

We’re seeking a highly motivated Industrial Engineer / Production Operations Manager to oversee our ERP/MRP system and manage day-to-day production operations.
This role is central to the efficiency, planning, and organization of our manufacturing facility.

Primary Responsibilities
ERP/MRP System Management
• Serve as the lead user and administrator of the company’s ERP/MRP system.
• Create, manage, and optimize production schedules and work orders.
• Maintain accurate bills of materials (BOMs), routings, inventory levels, and material requirements.
• Monitor production capacity, resource allocation, and workflow efficiency through ERP tools.
• Ensure accurate tracking of labor, materials, and job progress.
Production Facility Management
• Oversee daily production activities to ensure on-time completion of jobs.
• Coordinate with fabrication, assembly, quality control, and shipping to optimize workflow.
• Identify bottlenecks and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and reduce waste.
• Monitor KPIs related to productivity, labor utilization, scrap, and throughput.
• Assist with shop floor layout design, workstation setup, and process documentation.
• Lead or support Lean initiatives (5S, Kaizen, workflow mapping, standard work, etc.).
• Ensure all safety and quality standards are followed.

Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Operations Management, or a related field.
• Strong experience with ERP/MRP systems (implementation or administration experience strongly preferred).
• Background in manufacturing, production planning, or operations.
• Familiarity with Lean manufacturing concepts and process improvement methodologies.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office; CAD or workflow software a plus.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and leadership abilities.
• Comfortable working hands-on in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
