Hybrid position-FULL TIME
Well established company is looking for a full-time person to join our team.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
• The candidate will be reviewing letter proofs from our letter vendor.
• They will be expected to create and manage letter templates used to send to consumers.
• We must be able to work well with our clients and monitor correspondence timeliness.
• Must also be able to initiate digital correspondence campaigns.
• Ability to work independently and in coordination with our Compliance team.

QUALIFICATIONS, SKILLS & EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS
• Minimum of high school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Candidates must also possess collections, compliance, and/or customer service experience.
• Must possess excellent grammar and spelling skills. Computer knowledge (MS Office) is required.
• Accuracy and attention to detail are a must.

PAY RANGE $20-$24.00/hr.
