Behavioral Health Counselor in Williamsville, NY

Salary Range: $50,000- $60,000 USD per year

Endeavor Health Services is seeking a compassionate and dedicated Behavioral Health Counselor to join our dynamic team. This position will be based at our clinic located at 531 Farber Lakes in Williamsville. This is a full-time position (37.5 hours), Monday - Friday with 2 evenings a week required (until 7:30pm).

The ideal candidate will:
- Manage a caseload, with individual, family and group counseling
- Responsible for treatment planning and session notes meet productivity standards
- Work as part of an integrated team
- Manage and run groups

Qualifications
- Must possess a Master’s Degree from a recognized college or university in a mental health or social work related field and be eligible for license within 18 months of hire (LMSW, LCSW, LMHC-P, etc.)
- One year of direct service, post-graduate, experience preferred, but not require
- Demonstrates a knowledge base upon which they can provide direct clinical service and advisement
