Vocational and Employment Manager in Buffalo, NY

Salary Range: $22.00 - $25.00 per hour

Department: Vocational & Employment Services (VES)
Location: Wilson Road, Williamsville, NY
Schedule: Monday – Friday 8:00am – 4:30pm (40 hrs.)
Rate of Pay: $22.00 - $25.00 per hour

The Vocational and Employment Manager oversees & ensures the compliance of regulations in assigned employment services.

Key Performance Areas
- Acts as a liaison with funding sources in scheduling, training, completing required paperwork
- Supervises program staff and oversees scheduling, training and completing required documentation
- Directly provides direct employment services as needed

Qualifications Needed
- Bachelor’s Degree with major in human services or related field AND (3) yrs of paid full-time direct services experience with the ID/DD field OR
- Associate’s degree with major in human services or related field AND (3) yrs of paid full-time direct services experience with the ID/DD field AND
- Valid NYS Driver’s License w/ approved driving record
