Dis-Assembler in West Seneca, NY

Salary Range: $18-$21, rates are flexible based on skills,

Responsibilities and Qualifications:
• Must have Mechanical or Electrical aptitude. Basic understanding of mechanical/electrical environment.
• Knowledge of AC and DC motor dismantling, stripping and re-assembling according to the manufacturer’s specification.
• Ability to use various mechanical tools, power tools and measuring tools.
• Lubrication of bearing. Installation/Removal of bearings.
• Perform measurements utilizing mechanical and electrical measuring instruments.
• Capable of learning and understanding coil and wiring interconnection diagrams.
• Keen ability to strictly follow documentation and identify and validate a large number of checkpoints during the assembly process.
• Basic mathematical capabilities with an understanding of sizes and tolerances.
• Able to follow written and verbal operating instructions.

Nice to have but not required as training will be provided.

• Capable of performing other mechanical and electrical electrical tests (Insulation Resistance, Hi-Pot, Surge, Resistance Test, Bar to Bar, Impedance Testing and • • Polarity Tests.
• Hydraulic presses and pullers, Cutting machines, Soldering and brazing, Washing and Drying Equipment
• Usage of Cranes and Usage of Forklift and Material handling equipment
• Working Knowledge of Curing Ovens
• Understanding of close tolerance finishing principles and proper torquing, and total indicator and run-out and alignment.
• Understanding of safety concepts including ISO 9001.

Other Details:
• Shift: First shift during training period and eventually move to afternoon shift.
• Hourly Rate: $18-$21, rates are negotiable based on the skills, experience and interviews.
