Lead Maintenance Technician in Buffalo, NY

Salary Range: $21.00 - $28.00 per hour based on experience

We're seeking a Lead Maintenance Technician with 3-5 years’ experience in property maintenance.
Responsibilities will include supervision and leadership of a team of maintenance technicians, equipment and preventive maintenance and knowledge of plumbing, electrical and mechanical systems.
Our ideal candidate will also have knowledge of building boilers and hold an existing (or be able to obtain a) City of Buffalo Level 2 Stationary Engineer's license.
The Lead Maintenance Technician will work closely with the Property Manager to ensure the proper maintenance and upkeep of our high-rise condominium community.
