Collections Representative in Buffalo, NY

Salary Range: $16.00 - $22.00 per with Bonus

The Security Credit Systems, Inc. is a debt collection agency with over 43 years of industry experience headquartered in Buffalo, NY.
We are hiring Full-time and Part-time COLLECTION ASSOCIATES to join our growing family!

Job Requirements :
• Engage in telephone contact with consumers
• Negotiate repayment terms in accordance with client , State and Federal laws.
• Complete and accurate account documentation
• Adherence to work schedule

Qualifications and Education Requirements:
• High School Diploma or GED
• Collection experience preferred but not required

Skills
• Comprehensive and working knowledge of collections is preferred
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Strong work ethic and commitment to succeed
• Computer basics,

Pay Range
$16.00 - $22.00 per hour ( based on collection experience) with monthly bonus pay

Office Hours:
• Monday through Friday 8am-4:30 pm
