The warehouse supervisor will oversee and perform all receiving, material handling, and shipping tasks and warehouse related tasks, including but not limited to organizing and maintaining the warehouse.

Duties/Responsibilities:
• Serve as Subject Matter Expert for receiving, material handling, and shipping. Train new hires and cross-train peers.
• Lead and execute daily activities of warehouse team members including receiving, material handling, and shipping.
• Create reports to ensure company goals and objectives are met for all warehouse team members.
• Coaches department staff to resolve warehouse issues, identifies root causes, and implements effective corrective actions.
• Unloading trucks, ensuring all materials received match the bill of lading and packing list, notification of delivery for express packages and materials.
• Put away materials in proper spots when received.
• Inventory control - Ensure all material transactions are complete and correct.
• Facilitates biannual Physical Inventory working harmoniously with interdepartmental staff.
• Record all transactions as soon as shipments are received.
• 5S of Receiving and Warehouse areas (“SUSTAIN”).
• Organize warehouse to have all common materials stored together in a neat and orderly fashion.
• Ensure easy access to all materials.
• Ensure all materials are properly labeled and can be read from looking at racks.
•Put all materials in their designated areas as soon as received.
• Maintain FIFO practices for all materials.
• Develop and execute butt roll organization and control.
• Establish and maintain safety practices for the warehouse.
• Work in a professional manner with all employees, internal, and external customers.
• Cover in the shipping department for peak periods and absences.
• Performs other related duties as assigned.
Required Skills/Abilities:
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

• Ability to function well in a high-paced and at times stressful environment.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite or related software.
Education and Experience:
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• At least five years related experience required.
Physical Requirements:
• Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds at times.
Salary range: $63,000 – 73,000/hour, actual compensation will be based on experience.
