About the Role
We are looking for a highly organized warehouse specialist to ensure that all operations run smoothly by ordering supplies, maintaining health and safety protocols, and managing order fulfillment.
This position is stationed at an e-commerce manufacturing office, not a traditional laboratory space.
To be successful in this role, you must be able to multitask and plan.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Maintain and update the inventory list for office supplies, product inventory, and other office needs.
Order office and product supplies through select vendors to make sure we maintain an appropriate amount of inventory.
Follow protocols to maintain an organized and sanitized production space for product production.
Be on-site to coordinate and manage orders as they arrive at the office.
Manage every step of the order production and fulfillment process.
This includes ordering products as needed, using our order management software, following lab protocols to complete order fulfillment, making sure orders are handled appropriately, running quality control checks, and making sure they are packaged and shipped correctly.
Have the ability to learn and use lab machinery to formulate and fill product orders for order fulfillment.
For third-party clients, checking accounts daily and maintaining new orders by packaging and shipping products.
Attend weekly staff meetings.
Qualifications and Requirements:
College Students or Recently Graduated.
No Experience required
Authorization to work in the United States indefinitely without restriction or sponsorship.
Ability to work independently on projects and be collaborative.
Ability to learn new techniques, perform multiple tasks simultaneously, keep accurate records, follow instructions, and comply with company policies.
Strong communication skills.
Strong computer skills to maintain inventory records, attend virtual meetings, and converse with team members.
A good understanding of day-to-day e-commerce business operations and management.
Proficient in the following platforms: Slack, Airtable, Shopify, Google Drive, Gmail, and ClickUp.
This is a part-time position that is not remote and in-person from Monday-Friday. We do follow all COVID-19 safety protocols within our office/lab space.
