Dox Electronics Inc. is looking to add a Systems Administrator to our team.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing Systems Administration support to employees that work from the office as well as work from home/jobsite users. You will also provide administration of backend systems that include Windows and VMware servers. This is a consulting position so you will work with a multitude of clients in all different industries. Every day is a different experience!

Responsibilities include but not limited to the following:
-Keep systems up-to-date through operating systems upgrades.
-Monitor equipment uptime.
-Assist with the design, implementation, and ongoing support of new software and features.
-Oversee troubleshooting for system errors.
-Provide help desk support for day to day issues.
-Provide support either by phone, remote access or site visits as needed.
-Respond to IT issues; hardware maintenance, software, networking, etc.
-Evaluate connectivity issues, equipment, and software.
-Modify configurations, utilities, software, etc.
--Set up equipment for new users.
-Install, test, and monitor servers, firewalls, and new software.
-Perform data backups.
-Install and update network system improvements as needed
-Network + and or A+ Certifications
-Office 365 use and deployment
-Working Knowledge of:
-Virtual Environments such as VMware and Hyper-V
-Microsoft Windows Operating System versions.

-Articulate communicator, fluent in English with excellent listening skills
-Self-motivated and ambitious
-Great written and oral skills
-A team player who isn't a clock watcher
-Must be detail oriented, precise, and accurate
-Excellent skills in maintaining relationships with clients and other external parties
Normal demands associated with an office environment. Ability to work on computer for long periods, and communicate with individuals by telephone, email and face-to-face. Some travel may be required.
