Sous Chef will work directly with and in the absence of the Executive Chef to maintain and improve culinary operations through supervision, coordination and participation in activities of cooks and other kitchen personnel engaged in preparing and cooking foods in restaurant. Other responsibilities to include, but not limited to, production of all meals, food quality and presentation, compliance with all OSHA safety and sanitation standards and regulations.
