Salary Range: $52,000-62,000 based on experience

Responsibilities: Sous Chefs at the Curtiss Hotel supervise kitchen staff and provide our guests with a unique culinary experience.
Responsibilities include:
- Prepping and Setting up the station for service
- Preparing food to guests' unique specifications paying close attention to allergies or dietary restrictions
- Maintain and clean and safe work environment
- Communicating needs with chefs to ensure product never runs out
- Follow all safety and healthy safety procedures
- Supervising service to ensure all cooks are prepared and working efficiently
- Work with the executive chef to maintain inventory and place orders
- Train new staff

Qualifications:
- 5 years of cooking experience
- 1-year supervisory experience
- Well-groomed, professional appearance
- Must have a flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and some holidays

Compensation: Both hourly and salary options are available.
The benefits package includes vacation time, sick time, and health insurance.
$52,000-62,000.
