Social Worker, LCSW in Lockport, NY

Salary Range: $65,000-85,000 based on experience

Great Opportunity for a Licensed Clinical Social Worker to Join Our Team in Lockport, NY!
As the LCSW, you will provide social work services and programs to patients and their caregivers, applying social work theories, principles, and methods to deliver strength-based assessments and evaluations.
Your role includes developing and implementing treatment plans that address the psychosocial impact of illness on both patients and their support systems.
You will offer education and connect individuals to community resources.
A valid NYS Clinical Social Worker license is required, along with a minimum of one year of full-time experience in medical social work.
Experience in bereavement counseling and/or within a comprehensive care center is also essential.
