1st and 2nd shift SMT Operators:
-$17.00-$22.00/hr plus shift differential for 2nd shift
-Populates printed circuit boards using automated pick and place machines; assembles electronic components, subassemblies, products, or systems by performing the following duties.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned:
-Sets up and tears down automated pick and place machines and screen printer machines following the daily production requirements.
-Programs pick and place machines.
-Operates reflow oven; operates and cleans screen printers.
-Maintains a machine utilization log book daily.
-Performs all essential duties and responsibilities of an electronics assembler as required.
-Performs cleaning and maintenance on pick and place machines and related equipment according to a predetermined schedule.
-Logs completed cleaning and maintenance information for each machine as required.

Position Requirements Education and/or Experience:
Minimum of a High School Diiploma or equivalent. Certification from a technical school or Associate's degree preferred. Two (2) years related machine operation experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
