Hours: Monday through Thursday 7am-5:30pm. Join the Candlelight team and enjoy long weekends!

RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Sand frames using a hand held orbital sander and hand held blocks and pads.
- Fix and repair voids, dents, cracks, etc.
- Sand doors that require hand sanding before machine processing.
- Identify different wood species and know the sanding requirements for each.
- Be responsible for counting/accounting for all pieces, documenting and signing off on all orders.
- Inspect and position pieces for machine sanding.
- Touch up problem areas missed in machine sanding.
- Perform final inspection of pieces and transport orders to finishing areas.
- Perform duties in an efficient and quality manner.
- Understand and follow company policy.
- Perform other miscellaneous duties as assigned.

JOB REQUIREMENTS:
- Knowledge of different wood species.
- Knowledge of sanding techniques.
- Must possess a good attitude and be a team player.
- Regular attendance.
- Work overtime as required to meet production demands.
