The Sales Representative is responsible for establishing relationships with customers and providing them with home improvement solutions. Responsibilities include:
• Develops and maintains relationships with potential and existing clients
• Applies knowledge of home improvement product features to match products to the needs of clients

Qualifications include:
• Excellent interpersonal skills and teamwork mindset
• Thorough understanding of home improvement products and operations with the ability to communicate that information effectively
• Previous experience in construction, production or related fields – furniture, home furnishings, flooring, sales, customer service, retail, hospitality etc.
• Valid Driver License and the ability to travel to clients or potential clients within Erie and Niagara County with company vehicle
• Basic computer knowledge required
• NO cold calling

Benefits and Wages:
Income ranging $50,000 to $150,000 with unlimited earning potential depending on your sales success. Full benefits including health insurance, dental, retirement, life insurance, paid holidays, sick and vacation. Monday through Friday, in office requirements.
