Stark Equipment is seeking a Sales Coordinator to assist the Sales team and with office coordination at our Williamsville, NY office! If you have an outstanding customer service demeanor, impeccable organizational skills, and can work in a fast-paced environment, we want to talk to you!

Are you the ideal candidate?
The Sales Coordinator will support the overall operations of the office and will be responsible for an array of administrative tasks for our Sales team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for fielding all incoming/outgoing calls, assisting with sales proposals/quotes, assisting with job entry and order management, greeting visitors at the front desk, ordering office supplies, assisting with meeting set-up and catering, office event planning, contact maintenance, small package shipping, and upkeeping the front desk/lobby, kitchen, and conference room areas.

How will you be successful in the role?
Aside from the overall scope of the role listed above, you must be an efficient communicator with warm interpersonal skills, provide an excellent first impression, and be willing to take on additional tasks and responsibilities as the need arises.

What we would love to see:
- Associate degree or 2 years related reception, clerical, or administrative experience.
- Advanced computer skills and proficiency in MS Office Suite.
- Prior office coordination/management experience, as well as, using multi-line phone system (preferred).
- Competent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills; ability to multi-task.
- Competent in Internet software and navigation.
- Previous experience in the mechanical industry (HVAC/professional services) a plus.
- Must be able to thrive in a fast-paced setting.
- Ability to multi-task, work under pressure and meet deadlines required.
