Be a key part of the Uniland team working with major companies and partners across WNY. As a Sales Administrative Coordinator, you will be responsible for clerical and administrative duties to support the Sales department. This position also provides administrative support to the Capital Markets Group Director. You will set the tone for a professionally run department to both internal and external customers.

Job Duties include, but are not limited to:
-Manage and update sales lead activity on behalf of Account Executives
-Assist in organization of department associates’ correspondence, interoffice memos, meetings, notes and files
-Manage incoming and outgoing mail for applicable departments, including daily sorting and distributing of mail to appropriate intradepartmental personnel
-Update, generate and distribute all necessary sales reports for the Senior Leasing Executive, and Account Executives
-Execute lease proposals, abstracts, and commission agreements
-Assemble sales and leasing documentation for customers
-Facilitate leasing information to respective brokers and tenants
-Maintain current real estate broker and agent database via HubSpot
Capital Markets Group:
-Assist Closing Coordinator and Portfolio Manager as needed
-Create, update and maintain mortgage/bond files for new acquisitions or recently financed properties.
-Maintain Capital Market Group correspondence and filing, as well as preparation of Capital Markets Group agendas
-Manage and schedule appointments for the Director of Capital Markets Group
-Track company credit card expenses for the Director of CMG
-Update Sales Tax Exemption Letters with local Industrial Development Agencies by adding new vendors to subcontractor lists. Also assist Industrial Development Agencies with Quarterly Employment Verification Report
-Maintain Lease Approval by Lender spreadsheet
-Work closely with Lenders on approvals for new leases, lease modifications, amendments and terminations, and records Lender response.
-Degree from two-year college, or one to two years of related experience.
-Friendly and customer service oriented; attention to detail; good working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
