Residential Rehabilitation Specialist: The primary objectives of the position of Rehabilitation Specialist are to administer the rehabilitation component of the organization's housing rehabilitation programs in matters relating to construction, rehabilitation and interaction with third-party inspectors (e.g.: DHCR, HUD).
