We are seeking a Ready Mix (Concrete Mixer) Drivers based in Western NY, to provide exceptional customer service and on-time delivery, operating in a safe manner while representing NESL with the utmost professionalism to both commercial and private customers alike.

The successful candidate will have a minimum of 2 years of CDL driving experience and be at least 21 years of age. Responsibilities include transporting and delivering product safely and on-time, record keeping, pre-trip and post-trip inspections, customer service and basic labor as required by the job.

What You Will Do:
-Conduct pre/post-trip inspections of vehicle, communicate mechanical issues to fleet services;
-Transport and deliver cement safely and on-time;
-Communicate with dispatch regarding roster duties and monitor delivery tickets for special instructions;
-Maintain operator logs and records in accordance with NESL policy and DOT regulations;
-Deliver exceptional customer service to both external and internal customers;
-Maintain professional working condition and appearance of vehicle.

We Are Looking For:
-High School Graduate/GED;
-Class A or B CDL with minimum 2 years of driving experience, preferably in Ready Mix or Tandem Truck;
-Must be 21 years of age or older;
-Able to successfully pass DOT physical, drug screen and audiogram;
-No DUI’s within the past 10 years;
-MVR must meet NESL and DOT standards;
-Physically adept to climbing a ladder, in/out of truck, and tolerate heights of up to 12 feet;
-Able to lift 50+ lbs. consistently;
-Able to collaborate and communicate across the business;
-Excellent customer service orientation;
-Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously;
-Laser focus attention to detail with the discipline to ensure accurate and quality work;
-Ability to work independently and as part of a team;
-Flexibility and the ability to operate under stressful, time-sensitive deadlines;
-Capable and willingness to work 12+ hour shift during day/night/weekend hours to meet customer demands.
