We are a locally owned and operated specialty construction company and we are seeking a full-time Project Scheduling Coordinator. We are the leader in our industry in the WNY market and have been growing steadily over our 15 year history.

Our business is directed from a combined office/shop but it is NOT fancy. We are hard-working, fair, and down-to-earth, and are looking for someone to commit to learning our unique business and taking on the entirety of the project scheduling component.

This position will require scheduling projects for completion; there will be NO cold-calling ever but heavy phone interaction will be required as there are frequently as many as 12-15 projects on a given day.
This is an entry level position which, for the right individual, has the opportunity to develop into a much more comprehensive position over time. Starting pay is $15.00 - $18.00 depending on experience. We can be flexible with your hours to accommodate other commitments that are already in place in your life.

This position will work directly with and report to the Vice President/Co-Owner.
