Production Lead in Clarence, NY

Generous Sign on Bonus $1600 plus
One week of pay after six months on service, and an additional $1000 after the completion of one year of service.

Shifts:
Clarence 1st shift – 5:30am-2:00pm Monday thru Friday
Clarence 2nd shift – 2:00pm-10:30pm Monday thru Friday
Cheektowaga 1st shift – 7am-3:30pm Monday thru Friday

Wages:
Starting wage range is $16.00 - $30.00 depending on position and skill set

Production Lead – 2nd shift, Clarence
Performs a variety of manufacturing operations (as needed) on second shift while also possessing the ability to comprehend all work procedures and instructions; trains other second shift employees on applicable work processes. Coordinate the daily production plan with the Powder Coating Supervisor. Functions as the “go-to” person in the department. Provides a brief daily report to the supervisor or manager regarding operational issues or concerns that occurred during the shift; keeps supervisor informed of overall shift work outputs.
