Salary Range: $21.00 per hour
$21.00/HourAgency Requirements:
• Valid New York State Driver’s License
• Use of a personal vehicle
• Live near or in target area

AGENCY EXPECTATIONS:
• Demonstrates knowledge of the program, missions, and services of Pinnacle Community Services, Inc., (PCS)
• Complies with all policies and procedures of PCS (including NASW Code of Ethics, Collective Bargaining Agreement, and Corporate Compliance Policies) and all governmental and legal requirements
• Attends and participates in appropriate Agency staff trainings and meetings
• Advocates for cultural diversity/sensitivity as appropriate
• Reports all suspected incidences of child abuse/neglect to NYS Hotline with Supervisory approval
• Experience and knowledge on the use of computers, cell phones, and a broad understanding of using the Internet and e-mail in the workplace
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Attends regular, scheduled supervision with Program Supervisor
• Provides ongoing service planning for families with Supervisor support
• Provides parents with supportive engagement and evidence based educational programming and provides supervised visitation services, as appropriate
• Provides face to face services when appropriate
• Collaborates with Niagara County Department of Social Services on shared caseload
• Maintains continuous documentation on families progress
• Maintains confidential record keeping
• Provides educational parenting groups
• Provides families with referrals to other service providers as needed
• Transports clients on occasion, as directed by Supervisor
• Presents PCS Agency and Program Services to the community at large
• Attends continuous training throughout employment
• Works in collaboration with Niagara County Department of Social Services, Child Welfare in providing families services that supports either prevention, reunification, or out of home placement
• Attend service planning review meeting in support of families and progress made with families' parenting education and or supervised visitations
• Performs other duties as assigned by Administration
