Salary Range: $17-$19/hr

Location: Cheektowaga
Pay Rate: $17-$19/hour (based on experience)
Hours: Monday through Friday, 8:30am-4:30pm
Join our team as an Operations Assistant, supporting key functions in inventory, purchasing, and retail operations. This on-site role ensures accurate stock control, timely procurement, and smooth communication across departments.

Key Responsibilities:
• Monitor and reconcile inventory across locations
• Coordinate purchasing: order placement, vendor follow-up, and invoice tracking
• Support store teams and assist with operational needs
• Maintain process documentation and assist with reporting
• Help with inventory counts, audits, and discrepancy resolution
• Support logistics, receiving, and special projects

Requirements:
• Associate degree or equivalent experience
• 2+ years in operations or admin support (inventory/purchasing a plus)
• Proficiency in Excel and systems like NetSuite, SAP, or QuickBooks
• Strong communication, multitasking, and problem-solving skills

Preferred:
• Retail or multi-site operations experience
• Knowledge of supply chain or warehouse procedure
