WNY JOBS is entering our 25th year in business and has a position available for an experienced office administrator to manage all aspects of our billing & receivables, as well as our print distribution.
The position has a lot of varied responsibilities and it’s replacing a 20+ year employee who is retiring.

This is a part-time position with somewhat flexible hours and days, but Thursdays are required. Once trained, some remote work is possible

Responsibilities include:
- Billing and Accounts Receivable
- Distribution Database Maintenance and Management (MS Access)
- Oversee distribution reports for our weekly newspapers
- Newsletter database management
- Updating the website and assisting sales reps as needed.

Requirements:
- Strong Microsoft Office Skills - experience with Access preferred.
- At least a 2 years degree or related experience.

Preferred:
- Database or CRM experience also a plus.
