Busy, growing distributor is seeking a dependable, hardworking, self-motivated individual to fill a Full- time position for an Office Clerk. This is an ideal opportunity for a well-rounded individual with excellent problem-solving skills that upholds a high level of personal responsibility and attention to detail.

· Answer phones, web chats, emails and provide customer service
· Enter Sales orders for customer purchases and expedite same
· Organize and maintain updated customer and vendor files
· Process billing for goods and services provided
· Accounts Receivable, cash receipts - including credit card payments
· Daily mail; receiving, sorting and distributing to appropriate personnel
· Process vendor confirmations and edit corresponding sales order data
· Complete general office duties and projects as assigned to assist management
· Provide clerical support for internal and external customers

· Two years related experience preferred
· Accounting software, Excel and Word experience
· Ability to adapt and thrive in a fast pace environment
· Self-motivated, detail oriented, ambitious individual able to execute multiple responsibilities
· Excellent customer service and communication skills
· Problem solving skills, time management, documentation skills

Hours: 830am-5pm M-F

Pay: Based on experience
