Queen City Manufacturing, Inc., located in Kenmore, NY, is a manufacturer of melamine sponges and has been in business since 2004. We have an immediate need for an Office Administrator to be a part of a growing manufacturing company.

The person that is right for this position will:
• Have 2+ years experience in an office setting
• Experience in Quickbooks, or another AP/AR software
• Experience in customer service on the phone and in email. This position will involve answering phones and speaking to customers daily.
• Process orders for online site, and handle order processing for full truckload orders.
• Experience working with microsoft suites, specifically excel
• Ability to learn quickly in a small office environment
