Salary Range: $60K-$65K/year

Anderson Precision of Jamestown, NY seeks a Manufacturing Sales Representative for this designer and manufacturer of semi-custom, custom and high-volume engineered parts. Working in a quality-fi rst culture that adds value, the successful candidate will sell CNC-manufactured products to new and existing customers primarily in Western New York, northwest PA and the Southern Tier of NY State.

Reporting to the Vice President of Sales, the Manufacturing Sales Representative will:
• Work collaboratively with internal team members to provide customers with realistic timetables
• Develop and execute plans to reach sales targets
• Build and maintain long-lasting relationships with clients
• Present and sell company products and services to new and existing customers
• Prospect and contact potential customers to create a sales pipeline for CNC-manufactured products
• May attend trade shows to promote products and meet potential customers
• Monitor industry trends and product demand
• Demonstrate goal-oriented business-to-business sales performance and success
• Respond to customer inquiries and facilitate the resolution of complaints
• Interact with the engineering and production teams to assure a positive customer experience
• Demonstrate an appreciation for the Company’s “open-book” philosophy
• Seek opportunities to achieve the “Anderson trifecta” – ideas and actions that are beneficial to employees, customers and Anderson Precision
• Become knowledgeable of Anderson Precision equipment and capabilities; and can promote the Company’s advantages of flexibility, effi ciency and precision At least an Associate’s Degree in Engineering, Technology, Business or relevant field. A Bachelor’s Degree is preferred. Must possess at least 2-5 years’ experience in Sales, preferably in a Manufacturing, Industrial or Technical environment.
