This position ensures implementation and the quality-of-service provision for the Agency’s 29-I Health Facility, Health Homes, and Wrap programs while also providing direct supervision of the programs’ staff and is responsible for compliance by the medical and behavioral health practitioners in the 29-I health facility. The MCSC works directly under the supervision of the Director of Services and is a member of the Agency Management Team (AMT).
Rate: $50,000 - $55,000
DUTIES / TASKS (not necessarily all inclusive)
• Meet all Department of Health (DOH) regulations for the 29-I Health Facility
• Assist with contracting and resolving issues with Medicaid Managed Care Plans (MMCOs)
• Establish and provide direct Children and Family Treatment and Support Services (CFTSS)
• Promote continuity of care for foster children in 29-I together with the Foster Care Program Coordinator
• Collaborate with the Medical Director to deliver effective treatment services for enrollees
• Maintain service delivery to children, not in foster care, jointly with the Health Homes Care Manager Supervisor
• Review and validate WRAP client plans with the Community Service Workers
• Stay abreast of all regulation updates; Recommend and approve training for staff
• Have regular communication with the Medical Care Manager and other key personnel
• Attend relevant partner meetings

MINIMUM EDUCATION, QUALIFICATIONS, SKILLS*
• Master's Degree in social work, behavioral health, health, or a related field
• LCSW/LMHC and at least 3 years of licensed experience, preferred
• Experience in Medicaid Managed Care, preferred
• Knowledge of the Medicaid coding and billing system
• Understanding of child welfare laws in NYS or experience within the child welfare system, ++
• Must start with and maintain a clear criminal background and driving record; Pass all background & pre-hire requirements
• Intermediate computer skills; Able to use MS Office, including Outlook with ease; Experience with social media platforms
• Familiarity with the local Native American community
• Interpersonal skills to work cooperatively and effectively with individuals, groups, staff, and a diverse population
• Able to work remotely and in-person; No barriers to commuting; Able to transmit and receive electronic documents
• Must have own, reliable vehicle carrying and maintaining a minimum of 100/300 auto liability coverage
• Must have a valid NYS Driver License
• Ability to lift at least 30lbs; Able to perform in a smoke-free environment
