Maintenance Technician in Holley, NY

Salary Range: $30.00 – $35.00/hour

We’re hiring a Maintenance Technician to join our Plastic Thermoforming team!

Pay & Schedule:
• $30.00 – $35.00/hour
• 6:00 AM – 6:30 PM Day Shift
• Work 15–17 days per month
• Every other weekend off

Your role includes maintaining, troubleshooting, and repairing production machinery and facility equipment, including:
• Motors, conveyors, control boards, circuit breakers, and inspection units
• Perform emergency and scheduled maintenance
• Ensure efficient, safe equipment operation

Qualifications:
• High School Diploma or GED required
• Technical degree a plus, or equivalent experience
• 5+ years in a maintenance or production environment
• Electrical knowledge (480V 3-phase, machine controls) preferred
• Experience with VFD Drives, PLCs, plastic thermoforming, and forklifts a plus
• Familiar with OSHA/GMP standards and safety procedures
• Must pass background and drug screen
• Computer literacy required
