Maintenance Supervisor in East Amherst, NY

Salary Range: $27-$31/hour

Autumn Creek is looking for an experienced Maintenance Supervisor.

Skills needed:
• Leadership
• Problem solving
• HVAC certification
• Plumbing & electrical experience
• Computer/Ipad experience

Your responsibilities would include but not be limited to:
• Overseeing the property maintenance and maintenance team
• Making sure all aspects of property maintenance are completed timely.
• Coordinating outside contractors
• Work with Community Manager
• Complete work orders timely
• Preventative maintenance
• Alternating On-Call Duties
• Snow Removal

3+ years’ experience as a Maintenance Supervisor preferred.

Salary:
• $27 - $31 Per Hour Plus an Extensive Benefits Package and a $2,000 Sign On Bonus
