Maintenance Mechanic in Buffalo, NY

The Charter School for Applied technologies is seeking:

Maintenance Mechanic: Full-time Days. Under the direction of the Maintenance Lead performs building maintenance /Trades in/on school facilities. The ideal candidate will have:
• Minimum of 5 years building maintenance/trades experience, technical, or trade education preferred
• Knowledge of materials, methods and practices used in repair, occupational hazards, and safety precaution
• Ability to handle equipment, tools and materials used in maintenance
• Ability to follow verbal instructions and communicate effectively verbally and in writing.
• Must possess a valid NYS driver's license.
• HS Diploma/GED

Salary range $40,000 to $45,000 depending on experience
