Maintenance – Day Shift -Temp in Buffalo, NY

Salary Range: $16.00 - $17.00/Hour

Temporary Position (3-6 Months – Temporary)

Job Duties & Responsibilities:
• Lawn maintenance/Snow removal/Grounds Maintenance
• Must have a valid NYS Driver’s License, must have reliable transportation
• Answers maintenance calls throughout the day
• Performs minor maintenance/repairs to building & property
• Repairs building cracks, interior & exterior
• Maintain equipment & tools daily, routinely & seasonally
• Assists with special projects/jobs that become a priority
• Coming in on off-hours when needed (will be compensated)
• Assist with Cafeteria garbage & final day cleaning
• Run errands as needed
• Painting as needed
• Stripping/Waxing floors during school breaks
• Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds
• Janitorial work as needed
• Additional responsibilities as they come up

PAY RANGE DEPENDENT UPON EXPERIENCE: $16.00 - $17.00/Hour
High School Graduate or GED – 18 yrs. old or older
Mandatory Overtime during inclement weather conditions (will be compensated)
HOURS: 7 am – 3 pm – 30 minute lunch with (2) 15 minute breaks (Paid by the School)
