Job Summary
Plans, organizes, coordinates, maintains, and executes duties required to support a high volume of vendors with over 3,000 equipment and areas tracked annually. Manages preventive maintenance and calibration databases and all documentation of new equipment, internal and external preventative maintenance and calibrations. Coordinate activities involved with repairs, procuring goods and services such as calibration, equipment, tools, parts, and supplies for the maintenance organization.
Compensation range is $50-55k depending upon experiences

JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES (List in order of importance)
- Coordinate external equipment calibration program including, but not limited to, calibration reporting, filing, record maintenance and coordination of contractor schedules with affected departments.
- Gather, review and coordinate sourcing requests; research and initiate inquiries with potential subcontractors; communicate requirements and specifications to subcontractors; obtain product pricing, quality, process and specification information and availability.
- Manage all purchasing requests and initiate inquiries; communicate requirements and specifications to subcontractors; obtain and review quotes; issue purchase orders within prescribed budgetary limits.
- Coordinate product availability and delivery for the requestor. Expedite order delivery to support and achieve on-time performance goals.
- Support and respond to internal associates, adhering to quality standards and deadlines.
- Solicit, collect, coordinate and communicate technical information and support between vendors and associates.
- Order and maintain supplies. Coordinate and arrange for equipment maintenance.
- Organize and maintain file system, file correspondence and other records.
- Coordinate the creation, distribution, follow-up and storage of the preventative maintenance program, both internal and external.
- Receive, coordinate and schedule maintenance work requests.
- Maintain results on all external service results.
- Performs other duties as assigned.

QUALIFICATIONS (Education/Training, Experience and Certifications)
- Minimum High School diploma. Higher continuing education in related area considered a plus.
- Minimum of 1 to 2 years of support or maintenance, mechanical or electrical experience in an industrial or educational setting preferred.
- Thorough understanding of maintenance, reliability, Mechanical Integrity and Quality Assurance and Process Safety Management best practices, preferred.
- Experience working in an ISO Certified, FDA Regulated, or cGMP environment preferred
