Lot Sweeper / Exterior Porter - Nights in Cheektowaga, NY

Salary Range: Starting rate is $20.00 per hour

Total Facility Care has an immediate full-time position is available for a Lot Sweeper / Exterior Porter.

• Responsibilities include operating lot sweeping truck, hand picking & disposing of trash and debris from throughout exterior commercial parking lots, and emptying property trash cans.
• Overnight / 3rd shift position.
• Starting rate is $20.00 per hour. Open to wage negotiation for candidates with prior lot sweeping experience.
• Schedule may include weekends and holidays. Work on observed holidays compensated at premium rate.
• 9:00 p.m. start time.
• Valid NYS Driver License required.
• Position report to Cheektowaga location at 85 Benbro Drive.

Ideal candidates should have experience operating mid-sized commercial trucks and work well independently. Some vehicle & equipment general maintenance skills preferred.
