Job Responsibilities:
•Maintains computerized inventory control system (Warehouse Management System) control system
•Creates and transacts all incoming and outgoing material using requisite methods to maintain accurate inventory levels.
•Monitors computerized records for discrepancies.
•Becomes knowledgeable with all features of the Warehouse Management System (WMS).
•Acts as first contact to trouble shoot problems at the distribution facility. Provides timely resolution and reporting of

Issues/Discrepancies.
•Interacts heavily with customers through phone and email.
•Verifies and reports on inventory weekly.
•Controls the flow of picks and receipts.
•Arranges domestic distribution order processing and domestic freight routing.
•Addresses inventory discrepancies with clients as top priority.
•Runs warehouse reports as required for client, manager, etc.
•Monitors ABC products to insure most efficient picking.
•Assists Manager in quoting warehouse business.
•Executes weekly and monthly customer billings.
•Cross-trains in additional responsibilities.
•Works with shipping and receiving as needed for inventory control.
•Processes transactions as needed and arranges for the movement of freight to designated area.
•Arranges LTL, FTL and small parcel shipments.
•Recommends ways to improve material flow, material identification, material storage and material handling.
•Performs a wide variety of routine administrative duties such as filing, photocopying, and scanning, faxing, sorting and distributing mail, obtaining official signatures, etc. in an efficient and timely manner.
•Assembles relevant data; compiles statistics and information as directed.
•Assist with dispatching of trucks cross border.
•Performs additional duties as assigned by management.
