Licensed Practical Nurse in Buffalo, NY

LPN (Part time -some nights and evenings)

Homespace is looking for an LPN to be responsible for effectively conducting routine screenings, providing health/wellness focused education to residents, running educational groups and ensuring compliance with medical recommendations from service providers. The LPN would work under the direction of an RN and ultimately report to the Director of Services.

Minimum requirements include being licensed in NYS and 3 years of professional experience. Applicants must have a valid NYS Driver License, reliable transportation with the ability to transport. Successful applicants will be subject to State-mandated and other background checks as a condition of beginning employment.

Salary: From $25.00 per hour
