Full-Time Leasing Consultant in Williamsville, NY
We’re looking for a motivated, independent worker with a proven track record in Property Management.
The ideal candidate will possess:
Sales - Showing apartments to prospective residents and following up via phone or email with prospects
Customer Service - Assisting residents with questions/issues
Light Bookkeeping – Preparing bills and assisting in rent collections
Office/Computer Skills - Using a computer system in all lead and resident correspondence and tracking
Hours: 4 weekdays 8:30 am to 5:30 pm and Saturday 10 am to 4:30 pm.
Wage: $17.50-$19.50 plus a fantastic bonus program
