Lead Associate in Tn Of Tona, NY

Salary Range: $15-$18/hr. based on experience

The UPS Store 1332 is looking for our afternoon Lead Associate.
Hours are 2:00 - 6:30 PM and Saturday 9:00 - 3:00 PM.
This individual should have excellent customer service skills, be able to multi-task, previous retail experience in a fast paced environment, critical thinking skills, and the ability to work well with other team members.
Job includes printing, Amazon returns, drop-offs, processing new shipments, packing, managing package boards, mailbox customers, and other various administrative tasks. Attention to detail and customer service needs a must.
Applicant should have reliable transportation and be on time, responsible and trust worthy.
