We are seeking a Technical Support Specialist to join our team!
We are an established MSP in WNY!

Responsibilities:
Provide technical assistance with computer hardware and software
Resolve issues for clients via phone, in person, or remotely
Support client networks, servers, and software vendors
Recommend hardware and software improvements
Track customer issues and resolutions in Ticketing System
Liaise as needed with client vendors to assist with 3rd party software/hardware support
Manage and support client network security environments (Firewall, Anti-Virus, Anti-Spam, etc.)
Manage and support various customer backups

Qualifications:
Previous experience in IT (preferably MSP), customer service, or other related fields, reliable vehicle required, mileage is reimbursed.

Proven working knowledge of:
Windows desktop environments
Windows Server environments
Cloud Services, including Office 365
Networking Equipment(Routers, Switches, Printers, Cabling)

Familiar with:
Remote Desktop and Terminal Services
Active Directory and Group Policy
Hyper-V Virtual Platform
Ability to build rapport with clients
Strong troubleshooting and critical thinking skills
Positive and professional demeanor

Experience in the following beneficial:
Network and telephony troubleshooting
Understanding of TCP/IP, DHCP, DNS, LAN/WAN
