Intensive Support Specialists in Buffalo, New York

Salary Range: $20.00/hour

Intensive Support Specialists: to develop person-centered respite plans that address the needs of people receiving services and their families and advance their respite plan of care. Intensive Support Specialists provide a wide variety of person-centered supports and services to people with intellectual and developmental disabilities, within the community. A successful Intensive Support Specialist will empower the people they work with by modeling, teaching and advocating for them to achieve their highest level of independent living, enable their fullest participation in society, ensure their civil and human rights are protected and promote their ability to be productive, contributing members of their community. Intensive Support Specialists work in a full time positions. Shifts are available throughout Erie County, and must have evening and weekend availability.
