Inside Sales Support in Buffalo, NY

Salary Range: $22/hr.

We are a family run business that wholesales tires and rubber tracks. It’s a fast-paced environment. Must be good with people, enthusiastic, self-motivated, hardworking, persistent and goal oriented.

Part time, $22.00/hour. Great opportunity for someone who wants to work part-time and semi-retired with experience in the industry!

Essential Functions:
• Managing customer accounts
• Cross selling to existing accounts
• Develop and maintain a thorough knowledge of products and service to provide accurate information to customers
• Selling company supported products and services
• Evaluating customer needs and making recommendations
• Maintaining company property in accordance with company policy
• Assistance with a variety of duties as required
• Excellent safety and attendance are expected
• Sales support in conjunction with the sales team

Education & Experience:
• At least 5 years of relevant sales experience in preferred
• Experience in wholesale tires is a must
• Software experience with Sage, MS Word, Excel and Gmail
• Phone experience

Additional Requirements:
• Must be willing to follow all safety procedures and work in a safe manner
• Must be able to work in a results-oriented, fast-paced environment as part of a team
• Excellent oral and written communication ability
• Any other duties, as assigned by President
