Job Description:
We are seeking a high-energy, motivated Inside salesperson to join our dynamic team. This role requires a fast learner who is growth-oriented and passionate about sales and customer service. Automotive knowledge is an asset, but no prior experience is necessary—just a willingness to learn and work with your hands.
Candidate will make outbound dealer calls as well as take inbound retail customer calls via. phone and new live online video sales platform where retail customers on our website can book to speak to a live salesperson 1:1. “If you’re not getting a call, you’re making a call”.
Candidate will also prepare for and present frequent (daily or every other day) live streaming video sales program that last 20-60 minutes each. Candidate will prepare for each live video sales event in advance with our marketing team. Candidate will setup shoot location (in our facilities) with lighting and A/V equipment and ‘go live’ while showing product installation, features, benefits while answering questions and encouraging orders, sales. This role is physically active and will require the use of hand tools and movement of items that weigh as much as 45 lbs. (These live shoppable videos can earn considerable commissions if well done).

Key Responsibilities:
- Quickly learn and understand Worksport’s product line.
- Make outbound sales calls and accept inbound sales and live video calls.
- Demonstrate and display products to potential customers.
- Plan, record, and conduct live video sales sessions daily.
- Install large accessories in trucks and demonstrate their use.
- Use tools and equipment such as tables, cameras, lighting, and A/V equipment.
- Maintain organized records of sales activities in the CRM.
- Stay physically active and possess a valid driver's license.

- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Extremely strong and clear English communication skills.
- High & Positive energy, motivation, and quick thinking.
- Passion for sales and helping customers.
- Experience in CRM systems, Excel, and Word.
- Strong organizational skills.
- Willingness to make outbound calls and handle inbound sales interactions.
- Experience with tools and physical installation tasks is an asset.
- Good computer skills and willingness to learn new technologies.

Work Environment:
- Office & Factory environment based in West Seneca, NY (No Work from Home or Work Remote)

$25/hr base with strong commission opportunities available!
