Salary Range: $29-$38.50/hr.

Candidates must have a valid driver’s license to meet the essential functions of the job.

Position Summary
Uniland Maintenance Company is seeking an experienced HVAC Maintenance Mechanic to maintain and repair commercial building systems across our portfolio. This position is responsible for HVAC troubleshooting, preventive maintenance, general building repairs, and responding to service calls while providing exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities:
• Diagnose, repair, and maintain commercial HVAC systems, including rooftop units, split systems, and heat pumps.
• Perform preventive maintenance and respond to emergency service calls.
• Complete basic plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and general building maintenance.
• Maintain accurate work orders, refrigerant logs, and service documentation.
• Travel between properties using a company vehicle.
• Participate in an on-call rotation.
• Follow all safety procedures and maintain a clean, professional work environment.

Qualifications:
• High school diploma or GED.
• 3+ years of HVAC and building maintenance experience.
• EPA Universal (Section 608) Certification required.
• OSHA 10 Certification (or ability to obtain).
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
• Experience with commercial HVAC systems; Building Management Systems (BMS) and Yardi experience are a plus.

Physical Requirements:
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs., climb ladders, work at heights, and perform physical maintenance tasks in indoor and outdoor environments.
