Grounds Person for Luxury East Amherst Community

Be part of a team doing grounds work, preparing apartments for new residents and other community tasks. Must be a dependable team member.

Your responsibilities will include:
• Snow Removal as needed.
• Grounds work to ensure the Community is presented in a positive light.
• Light Cleaning of vacant apartments and community hallways.

Requirements: Valid Driver's License & Auto Insurance
Hours: 20 hours per week. Monday through Friday 8 am to noon. Hours may vary depending on snow removal.
Salary: $17.00 – $19.00 per hour.
