General Laborer in West Falls, NY

Salary Range: $18-22 depending on experience

We're looking to add a reliable and motivated General Laborer to our growing team.

Position Summary:
As a General Laborer, you will support our manufacturing operations through a variety of hands-on tasks.
This position is perfect for someone who is mechanically inclined, detail-oriented, and eager to learn new skills in a fast-paced production environment.

Key Responsibilities:
• Operate CNC brake press (training provided)
• Perform weld preparation tasks
• Assist with packaging and shipping of finished products
• Light fabrication work and general shop support
• Maintain a clean and organized work area
• Follow all safety procedures and company policies

Requirements:
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods
• Willingness to learn and work in a team environment
• Basic mechanical aptitude or prior shop experience a plus
• Dependable and punctual
