Salary Range: $90K to $110K/year

The Ralph C. Sheldon Foundation, Inc. seeks a dynamic and principled Executive Director to uphold the Sheldon family’s philanthropic legacy and drive meaningful community impact. As the Foundation’s strategic and operational leader, the Executive Director will evaluate community needs, steward grant funding, and cultivate relationships with nonprofit partners and local stakeholders. (Salary Range: $90K to $110K/year)

Key Qualifcations:
• Proven leadership in the nonprofit sector with a track record of strategic impact
• Deep understanding of the local philanthropic, educational, and economic landscape
• Exceptional integrity, reputation, and relationship-building skills
• Strong public relations and communication abilities
• Bachelor’s degree in business, administration, social sciences, or a related field; coursework in financial management is preferred
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and digital communication tools
