Donor Services Supervisor in Buffalo, NY

Salary Range: $24-$26/hour

Full-time, direct hire position: M-F, 8:30am-4:30pm

KRG is eager to help a Buffalo-based non-profit find a Donor Services Supervisor. This role is responsible for providing a high-quality donor experience while managing the Donor Services team.

Essential responsibilities:
• Oversees the accurate daily processing of financial gifts that arrive digitally and via mail
• Assists in maintaining database records and reports
• Provides analysis and reports trends on performance of appeals
• Ensures accurate entry of donations into system
• Assist with donor engagement phone calls, emails, requests, etc.
• Assists with generating acknowledgment letters
• Supervises and supports Donor Services team

Job Requirements
• 2-3 years of CRM system/donor database experience
• Associate degree; Bachelor’s degree preferred
• Proficient in MS Word, Excel, Outlook
• Data analysis experience preferred
• Experience with Blackbaud Raisers Edge NXT a plus
• Outstanding customer service skills
• Previous supervisory experience preferred or desire to be in a leadership role
