Director of Community Services in Buffalo, NY

Director of Community Services: Leads and manages the overall strategy, operational performance, and outcomes of the Care Management, Licensed and Unlicensed Housing Programs in a way that creates a continuum of integrated experiences and growth and development of services so that clients with complex conditions realize improved outcomes and contractual and regulatory commitments are fully met. Provides strategic insight in alliance with organizational goals to ensure effective and efficient operations and growth. Consistently trains and engages staff members, meets county, state, and other contractual and regulatory obligations, and successfully addresses our residents’ needs and goals so that our residents make progress in their recovery.

Minimum Qualifications: master’s degree in human service related or health field, plus two (2) years paid experience working with individuals with handicapping disabilities and two (2) or more years paid administrative and supervisory experience in a human service setting. Licensed QMHP- LMHC, LCSW, LMSW strongly encouraged to apply.
