Work individually and on a team in the support of the daily IT activities. Core support areas include basic computer related helpdesk requests, desktop software & hardware and end-user trouble shooting.

Responsibilities:
-Provide hands-on support for core technologies such as Microsoft Office, Windows 10.
-Hands on end-user support for multiple sites and the timely completion of assigned projects.
-Primary support interface to the user community for helpdesk requests, 3rd party software support, network operations and end-user training.
-Responsible for providing desktop system support including but not limited to configuration, installation and maintenance of desktop computer equipment including PCs, notebooks.
-Document installation and configuration procedures.

Qualifications:
-Working knowledge of Microsoft Office, Windows 10.
-Capable of multi-tasking and working independently or within a team environment.
-Customer focused and demonstrate good follow-up techniques.
-Strong verbal communication.
-Excellent problem-solving skills.
-Detail oriented.
-Installation and configuration of PC hardware and software
-Must always maintain professionalism.
